A Nice Change for Breakfast

Today's breakfast is a refreshing change from the past few weeks. Plain greek yogurt paired with chopped raw almonds, chopped frozen unsweetened cranberries, and a dash of cinnamon and stevia. Pretty good. Not something I would have eaten in the past. It has a cream cheese flavor and is just sweet enough for my tastes.

Health benefits abound! The greek yogurt is full of probiotics and is high in protein. The cranberries help cleanse your system, kidneys, and bladder. Almonds add extra good fats and protein as well as fight off candida.

(Sadly I have to update this post. I can't eat Greek yogurt. Turns out it is also from cows. For some reason I was under the impression that greek yogurt was from goat's milk, it is not. Since I am allergic to all dairy from cows, the greek yogurt is out of the mix! I will have to figure out some other substitute. Thinking about trying kefir. Anyone have any suggestions?)
