Shrimp with Fried Veggie Slaw

Heat up coconut oil in pan. Fry up a mix of jicama. cabbage, broccoli slaw, and red onion with minced garlic. Add Bragg's Liquid Aminos, salt and pepper to taste. Add in some shrimp and stir fry until slightly tender and brown.

Sorry that I don't have any measurements for you. I cook from scratch and using whatever I have most of the time. Recipes are daunting and very hard to find with all of my restrictions. I usually create meals on the spot. I am going to try to be better about measuring and writing things down. I might even write a cook book one of these days. Many of the recipes need a little tweaking, but I enjoy them!
